When is the last day to order?
Order cut-off is Wednesday 8 May—unless we sell out earlier (and trust us, we might). Don’t leave it too late.
When will my order be delivered or ready for pickup?
All orders will be ready for pickup or delivery on Saturday 10 May or Sunday 11 May. You'll choose your preferred date and time slot when you check out. Please note: for delivery we can not guarantee exact timings but we will try out best to accomodate your selected time.
Where can I pick up my order?
From our studio - 6 Burwood Rd Concord. We’ll email you to remind you of the address and pickup details once your order is confirmed.
Please be sure to book in a time slot and come during your selected time to prevent any lengthy time delays in picking up your order.
Do you offer delivery?
Yep! We deliver across the Inner West for a flat $25. This includes suburbs like Concord, Burwood, Strathfield, Annandale, Leichhardt, Petersham, Stanmore, Dulwich Hill, Balmain, Rozelle and more.
What if no one is home for the delivery?
We’ll leave the flowers in a safe spot. If access is tricky (like a secure building), we’ll call to work something out. If we are unable to deliver your order safely and we are unable to reach you, we will bring your order back to the studio for you to collect or rearrange delivery at an additional cost.
