FAQ
Can I request specific flowers or styles?
You can leave a note with your order—we’ll take it into account, but everything is florist’s choice. We work with what’s fresh and in-season, within your chosen colour palette. We won’t contact you to confirm if your request is possible, but we’ll always do our best and make something amazing.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Sydney metro, or you can collect from our Concord studio.
Is there a minimum spend?
No minimums here. Order exactly what you need and that’s it.
Can you set up the flowers for me?
Yep - just add one of our setup options to your order. We offer one-location or two-location setup, depending on what your day looks like. You will also need to select delivery at checkout.
Do you offer custom designs or consultations?
Nope! We don’t do custom quotes, site visits or design meetings. Our product range and step-by-step builder are designed to make ordering simple, fast, and fun.
Can I reuse my ceremony flowers for the reception?
Definitely. Our arrangements are easy to move around - but you’ll need to organise someone on the day to do that. We don’t this as part of our set up service.
