Is there a minimum spend?
Nope. Order exactly what you need... one bouquet or a full wedding package, it's up to you.
Can I request specific flowers or styles?
We don't take specific flower requests, everything is florist's choice. We work with the best available, in-season products within your chosen colour palette. When we send you your colour and details form closer to your event, there's a section to upload inspo images - we'll use those to nail the vibe. Trust us, it's always good.
Do you offer custom designs or consultations?
We don't do custom quotes, site visits, or design consultations and that's intentional. Keeping everything streamlined is how we keep our pricing accessible.
Can you set up the flowers for me?
Yes, just add the service you need at checkout. We offer personal flower delivery (one or two locations) on the morning of your event, plus one or two location setup options. Don't stress about having all the details ready now. Select what you need and we'll capture everything closer to your date.
If I collect my flowers the day before, will they be okay for my event?
Yes, just keep them somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight and they'll be perfect for your big day. We recommend collecting no more than one day before your event.
Where do you deliver / offer your setup service?
We deliver and set up across Sydney metro. If you're outside our zone, or just want to save some cash, you can always collect from our Concord studio before your event.
Can I reuse my ceremony flowers at the reception?
Definitely. All our arrangements are easy to move. You will just need to organise someone on the day to do it - this isn't something we include in our setup service.
Do you do bump out / pack down?
No - and that's by design. Bump out is one of the most expensive parts of a traditional florist service, so we've cut it out to keep costs down for you. Everything is designed to go home with your guests (vases and all). If you've hired any props, just return them to our Concord studio within 3 days of your event (weekday drop offs only).
