Shipping policy

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Sydney Metro only.

Delivery Charges: A flat fee of $65 is applied for all orders.

Delivery Time Frames: Customers can choose a 2 hour delivery window during which their order will be delivered.

Missed Deliveries: If the customer is not at the address specified when the delivery is attempted, we will leave the order in a safe, shaded location at the delivery driver’s discretion. If no safe location is available, the order will be returned to our studio, and a $65 redelivery fee will apply.

Tracking Information: We do not provide tracking information for deliveries.
