Can I request specific flowers?
You can leave a note when you order, we’ll take it into account, but all arrangements are florist’s choice. We work with what’s fresh and seasonal, based on the colours you’ve selected.
Can you match my brand colours?
You can select up to four colours when you order, and we’ll use that as the base for your arrangements. As we are working with Mother Nature we can’t guarantee an exact brand colour match (no Pantone decks here), we’ll get as close as we can using fresh, seasonal flowers that suit your palette.
Do I need to style the flowers myself?
All arrangements come ready to go - just unwrap and place them where you like. Want to take it completely off your hands? Add one of our setup options and we'll do it for you!
Do I need to return the vases?
You don’t have to! We've designed our products to be a little take home gift for your guests after your event.
We also have the option of returning the full crate of vases to our Concord studio after your event and get a $20 credit towards your next order.
Either way, no waste here.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Sydney metro. You can also pick up from our Concord studio if that’s easier for you.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend at least 7 days notice, but the earlier the better - especially if you’re ordering for a weekend or a larger event.
