Returns: We do not accept returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If there is an issue with the florals upon delivery, we require photo evidence of any damage or fault within 2 hours of receiving the order. The issue will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds: As per our cancellation policy, no refunds will be issued within 14 days of the event date. Customers are responsible for following care instructions once the flowers are delivered.
